I loved the architecture and the beautiful town houses in Sydney and Melbourne

Face a la mer...

S'il y a une chose pour laquelle l'Australie est vraiment fascinante c'est pour sa nature sauvage, féroce, belle et dangereuse.

Les plages, leurs lumières et leurs reflets dans le sable et les rayons du soleil filtrés par les nuages vaporeux. Parfois le ciel est si bas on dirait qu'on va pouvoir le toucher.

Les plages sont si longues qu'on en voit pas le bout sur la great ocean road... Comme si on pouvait s'approprier l'espace et s'affronter a la nature. La mer comme champ de combat, lieu de méditation, espace de jeu collectif ou chacun reste seul face a la puissance des vagues.

On se mesure, on essaie, on retombe, on recommence.. c'est bien ça le surf si j'ai bien compris...

On commence petit en Australie et on s'applique malgré les saisons difficiles et les requins menaçants.

Car finalement, si on se bat contre la mer c'est qu'on a bon espoir un jour de la dompter, et se prouver que, oui on est bien plus fort que la nature, nous les hommes.

4th Affordable Photo Fair

LOST or LOVED...this what most people thought was written behind the guy on the picture. And the answer is .......LOST!!

For my part I have not lost neither my time, nor my money in taking part to the 4th Edition of the Affordable Photo Fair in Arab Street, Singapore.

The event was really great :-) The opportunity to make many young or more experienced photographers. Some manage to live from photography actually and
others rather keep a day job.

those are the pictures that I published for the event. I was limited to B&W because this set made more sense compared to my other works - according to the organizers.

Thanks to everybody who turned up at the fair. It was really great you guys made it and supported me. I was sick as hell and what could have been a horrible event turned out to be an awesome experience!
